With over 25 years of extensive experience as a School Counsellor, Educator, and Career Guidance Specialist, I have successfully supported and guided students in schools across India and internationally, helping them achieve both academic excellence and personal growth. With a strong foundation in psychology and education, I focus on fostering holistic student development, empowering young people to navigate challenges, build resilience, regulate emotions, and develop meaningful interpersonal relationships. My approach emphasizes social-emotional learning, career readiness, and personal empowerment, enabling students to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures. As a skilled communicator and mentor, I am adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, providing personalized guidance that aligns with their individual strengths, interests, and aspirations. I am a Certified Career Service Provider (CCSP) from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and also serve as a Career Coach for corporate professionals, supporting individuals in career transitions, professional growth, and leadership development.
